HOW CAN WE HELP?

Introduction:
When you start using Glyde at your restaurant, you will receive QR Code stickers that you can stick on your table top.
You will have received credentials to a web page to register the QR Codes to the table number of the table they are stuck on.

Once, logged in, follow these simple steps to use the app to register QR codes to your tables.

Step 1: Verify Location and Access Camera
‍Before you begin, ensure that you have selected the correct location for your restaurant.
Click on "Register QR Codes" and grant the application permission to access your device's camera for scanning.

Step 2: Scan the QR Code
‍Hold your device over the QR code sticker on the table.
The app will use your camera to scan the code.
Once successfully scanned, you will see a 6 character code, please make sure it matches the code on the table.

Step 3: Save the Table Number
‍After scanning the QR code, you have the option to either view the currently registered table number or set a new one.
To register the table number to the QR code, click on "Save."

Step 4: Scan More QR Codes
If you have additional QR codes to register, repeat steps 2 and 3 for each QR code you want to register.
